You pay for ads. See which ones pay you back.

Velora connects your WooCommerce shop to Google and Meta Ads and shows one thing clearly — where the money comes from, and where it leaks. No dashboards to learn, no analyst needed.

What Velora shows you
01

Earned versus spent, in one glance

Three numbers at the top: what you spent on ads, what the shop earned, and how much came back for every euro. Purple means it worked; amber means it leaked.

The funnel as a leaking pipe

From visit to order, every step you lose people is drawn as a drip into a pool. The biggest leak is highlighted, with a plain sentence about what it costs you.

Why your ad dashboards disagree

Every platform grades its own homework. Your shop keeps the real score.

Google, Meta and your newsletter tool each report the same sale as their own. Add them up and you get three orders that never existed. Velora starts from the order in WooCommerce and works backwards — so one sale is counted once.

Ad dashboards say one order · three reports
Google Ads last click before the order +1 order · €148
Meta Ads saw the ad within 7 days +1 order · €148
Email opened the newsletter +1 order · €148
Reported in total 3 × €148 = €444
Your shop says WooCommerce order #4812
Meta ad · day 1 Google ad · day 4 Email · day 6 Order €148
Credit, split once (last click):
Really happened 1 × €148 = €148
Each platform sees only its own ads Google cannot see the Meta ad that started the visit, and Meta cannot see the Google search that finished it. Each one fills the gap with itself.
The counting windows are long A click counts for up to 30 days on most platforms. The longer the window, the more orders a channel can claim that it did not cause.
A seen ad counts as a click View-through counting credits an ad that was merely scrolled past. It inflates the report without anyone ever choosing to click.

Meta Ads returned €1.72 per €1 — down from €2.40. “Autumn knitwear” drove 31 of the 46 orders; the other two campaigns brought 15 orders for €1,120. Suggestion: pause the two weak campaigns and move €600 to Google Search, which returns €3.10 per €1 with headroom. Source: Velora · 212 WooCommerce orders · last-click, 30-day window

What it gives back

How much of your ad budget is going nowhere?

Move the slider to your monthly ad spend. The figures below use a 12% share of wasted spend — the middle of the 10–20% range typical for shops running Google and Meta without de-duplicated order data.

An illustration, not a promise. It assumes you act on what Velora shows — pausing the campaigns that do not pay back is still your decision, and results depend on your shop.

A worked example
  1. A shop spends €4,800 a month across Google and Meta. Both dashboards claim the same orders, so the reported total is roughly a third higher than the shop actually sold.
  2. Velora counts each WooCommerce order once. Two of the five campaigns turn out to return €0.80 per €1 — €580 a month going out and not coming back.
  3. Pausing those two and moving the budget to the channel that returns €3.10 per €1 recovers about €6,960 over a year. Velora Growth costs €948 a year.
We keep raw visit data for 3 years, then delete it. Three years covers the year-on-year comparisons a shop actually uses and nothing beyond that. Orders, spend and the funnel stay for the same period; you can erase everything sooner from Settings at any time, and it is gone from our databases, not just hidden.
