Velora provides analytics software that receives event data from your website and cost data from your advertising accounts, and presents derived metrics. It is a measurement tool. It does not place, manage or optimise advertising, and its output is information, not advice.
We measure and show you numbers. We never touch your campaigns, and what you do with the numbers is your call.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the site and advertising accounts you connect, for the lawfulness of the data you send us, and for keeping your access credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any shop or ad account you add.
Only connect shops and ad accounts that are yours to connect, and keep your login to yourself.
Data collected from your site remains yours. Velora processes it on your instruction to produce your reports and does not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to build cross-customer profiles. You can request erasure at any time.
Your data stays yours. We do not sell it, and we never mix it into anyone else’s reports.
Paid plans are billed for the period stated at purchase. A trial, where offered, runs for the stated period and does not automatically convert to a paid plan without an explicit action. Fees already paid for an elapsed period are not refunded except where required by law.
You pay for the period you signed up for. The trial does not silently turn into a bill.
Velora is provided as-is. Attribution figures are estimates derived from the data available to us and will not always match the numbers reported inside advertising platforms, which use different models and windows. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
Our numbers and Google’s or Meta’s will differ — they count differently. Neither is lying; ours counts what your shop actually recorded.
Velora is provided as an analytics tool. We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health, without limitation. For other damage caused by simple negligence we are liable only where an essential contractual obligation is breached, and then only up to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for business decisions you take on the basis of the figures, for loss of profit, or for the availability or accuracy of data supplied by Google, Meta or another advertising platform.
We stand behind our own mistakes. We cannot promise that pausing a campaign will make you money, and we cannot vouch for numbers Google or Meta send us.
Velora, its software, interface and documentation remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription. Your shop data — orders, visits, spend and everything derived from them — remains yours; we process it only to provide the service and never sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models. Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you or your customers may be used to improve the product.
The software is ours. The data is yours. We never sell it and never train models on it.
We may change these terms where a change is necessary for legal reasons or to reflect a change in the service. We will notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may terminate before it takes effect and we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Continuing to use Velora after that date counts as acceptance.
We tell you 30 days before anything that affects you changes, and you can leave with a refund if you disagree.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data, which removes every visit, lead and order stored for your site. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that endangers the service or other customers, with notice where practicable.
Leave whenever you like and we delete everything. We would only cut you off for not paying, or for breaking the service for other people.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there.
Slovak law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep your home country’s protections and can go to court there.
