Do I need a card to try it? No. The 14 days start when you install the plugin, and nothing is charged unless you pick a plan afterwards.
What counts as a visit? One person arriving at your shop, however many pages they open. Bots and your own admin visits are not counted.
What if I go over the visits in my plan? Nothing breaks and nothing is cut off. We write to you once you have been over for two months running, and you decide whether to move up.
Can I change plan later? Any time, in both directions. Moving up takes effect at once; moving down at the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you store my customers’ personal data? Only what an order already carries, and only on servers in the EU. You can switch off contact details entirely and still get every number on this page.
Can I cancel? In one click, from Settings. Your data stays available for 30 days afterwards so you can export it, then it is deleted.
